LOCAL BEACHES

FREATHY AND TREGANTLE

Excellent, sandy beaches stretching 6 miles along the bay. You may need to climb down steep rocks at Freathy though Tregantle is considerably more access able.

PORTWRINKLE

Two shale - sandy beaches widely used in favorable conditions for surfing. Small harbour and many interesting rock pools to paddle in and explore. Good for surfing.

KINGSAND AND CAWSAND

Good beaches in both villages with ample off street parking.
